Senior Site Manager – Commercial New Build

Henry Martin are partnered with an established, Tier 1 contractor who are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager with commercial experience. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between £25Mil – £150+

As the Senior Site Manager you will be in charge of a team of 3 Site Managers and will report directly to a Project Manager. The project is a commercial new build with a project valuation between £25-30Mil and is based in South London.

Your background will need to include a strong track record assisting in successful £15Mil+ new build projects. If you are a Senior Site Manager, with a proven background of managing commercial new builds and are keen to work for a progressive contractor, this opportunity will be of great interest.
