Job Description
Number one PM
Perm position
This is to work on a 24 unit new build. Valuing at £5.5 million. On this site you will be working alongside a QS and be reporting in to the Production Manager.
Needs to have timber frame expereince and to start in September.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standard
Making sure the project is safely delivered through
Reporting upstream to the Regional Director
Meeting deadlines Requirements:
CSCS
First Aid certificate
SMSTS
Experience in being the project lead on scheme valued over £2 million
