The role includes working in part of the Customs Solutions Team, the role is to support with the day to day operational activities that are required in order to meet the service level agreements.
This role requires a customer focused individual with commercial experience, dealing with orders, quotes, delivery, working on live chat and provide email support.
Computer literate, company use SAP experience not essential but an advantage, intermediate level of Excel.
The role work on 3 shifts Monday to Friday, 08.15 – 16.45, 08.45 – 17.30 and 09.15 – 18.00
