If you have a keen interest in fashion and maybe sports fashion then this company may be the one for you. They are a very large company with many routes and roles available to hard working individuals, they are keen on training and keeping their employees for a long time.
Find a competitor of JD before your interview and look at one of their stores, how it’s set up, products, price points etc and do a comparison if you can, you may find a lot of information on other websites.
A job in this kind of environment usually means wearing sports gear to work. However please do not make this mistake if you are offered an interview and always wear something smart, a suit or something an a jacket.
Do you know anyone who works there, could you speak to someone to find out what it is like from a personal point of view, what they look for in their employees etc. Any inside knowledge and research will only improve your chances of getting a job with them.
Very best wishes.
