These are just a few questions that you could be asked about the role. As a receptionist you need to be a quick thinker and able to deal with a number of tasks at once sometimes with people standing in front of you or wanting you for something else so you need to be able to deal with a number of things at any one time.
You will need to demonstrate a time when you have a difficult customer or client on the telephone and how you dealt with this and the same if someone comes into the building and is being difficult. You will need to work carefully with different people every day.
