ROLE OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Planning and Project Manager, Sales Planner is primarily responsible for processing customers’
orders and schedules onto the system. This role involves liaising with other departments as well as
communicating directly with customers regarding their orders, schedules and demand fluctuations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Loading and management of customer orders and schedules
 Confirming manufacturing and dispatch dates internally and communicating delivery dates to
customers.
 Quoting lead times for tracks
 Collaboration with other departments to identify and solve issues.
 Managing system pricing.
 Keeping customers KPI’s up-to-date and generating reports.
 Updating consignment stock lists and calculating re-order levels
 Keeping the system up-to-date with correct part numbers and prices
 Creating despatch paperwork and invoices
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
 Ability to use SAGE200 job relevant modules
 Experience with MS Office
 Strong MS Excel skills
 A basic understanding of ISO9001:2015 and job relevant processes
 Good communication skills
 Attention to detail
 Positive attitude
Location:office Pershore area WR10
Hours of work:
Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 17:00
Friday 08:00 – 15:30
Holiday:
20 days per annum (pro-rata) – increasing by 1 day for every year of service up to maximum of 25 days total
+ 8 days bank holidays
Salary:
Circa £21,(Apply online only)
Bonus based on profit share, on target £1800 p/a (paid monthly)
5% pension contribution
