We recruit for the education market such as training providers, colleges, and universities – training in this discipline is given

Basic salary from £19K to £25K + Commission paid on placements once a threshold has been reached – commissions go on a sliding scale from 5% to 20%
21 days holiday and then complete close- down at Christmas where you do not use your holiday entitlement
2 days off per annum for charity work fully paid
The role
Matching suitable candidates to various client job roles
Interviewing potential candidates
Sending Cvs to clients via email
Chasing clients for CV feedback
Arranging interviews for the client with the candidates
Preparing candidates for interview
Taking client and candidates responses from interview, negotiating job offers
Sending out relevant paperwork
Mailing out candidates to clients to create opportunities
Searching for candidates on the database, job boards, social media and reaching out for potential job roles
Able to follow company procedures and policies, but also bring new and fresh ideas to the table
Someone who can get on with all levels of personalities
We are seeking someone who can work on your own initiative once initial training has been completed
Must have office experience and used to working in a role handling clients or members of the public
Able to work to speed and able to be adaptable to client changes and needs
Professional approach to clients and candidates
Seeking someone not afraid to shine and committed to the clients and the company, who will got he extra mile
Someone who excels at working closely with the Director of the company to help the company grow
