Front of House Co-Ordinator
Brentwood
We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Co-ordinator who will be responsible for providing reception duties for clients and customers and additionally supporting the facilities team with contractor management, hospitality duties and general facilities admin.

Key duties:
* Provide both internal and external customer service and Front of House support incorporating the Brentwood Hospitality role.
* To work alongside the Front of House receptionist for telephone and reception duties and ensure that all visitors to the site receive a professional and enjoyable experience during their visit.
* Prepare meeting rooms and ensure all Audio visual and IT equipment is in working order, Manage the setting up of furniture for meeting rooms and to oversee the hospitality elements of the meeting rooms and booking process.
* To be a point of contact for customers during their visit and ensuring all issues or queries are dealt with professionally and promptly.
* Working closely with Brentwood Facilities Manager and all department Managers to ensure consistent, efficient working practices are maintained
* Work with Brentwood Facilities Manager to provide Admin support for Facilities related processes and to ensure all Service contracts and contractors on site are managed and documentation is processed.
What you’ll need
Experience
* Previous Front of House skills and experience, working in a busy environment/building
* Experience of Conference/Training Centre environments
* Experience in a Concierge role or environment
* High level of customer service experience
* Knowledge of MS TEAMS or similar IT based telephone systems
* Knowledge of AV equipment and basic IT equipment
