We are looking to hire a warm, friendly, efficient, Receptionist/Administrator for one of our clients based in modern, airy offices, based in Croydon, Surrey/SE London. The company is highly successful, rapidly expanding and this will be an exciting time to be joining them.

What will you be doing?

As a receptionist, you will be first point of contract for the business. As their Receptionist, duties include offering administration support across the organisation. You will welcome visitors / clients and greet them to the business. You will also co-ordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Duties and responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls professionally, determine purpose of the caller and forward calls to appropriate person or department.

• Greet visitors and clients professionally, determining the nature and purpose of the visit.

• Issue visitor passes and non-disclosure forms on arrival.

• Direct and escort visitors / clients to appropriate destination or meeting room.

• Preparing teas and coffees on arrival and occasionally ordering lunches.

• Distribute and frank mail.

• Arrange couriers for deliveries.

• Updating the calendar with up and coming meetings.

• Assist with Admin and HR tasks as needed.
