Job Description
Optima Claims specialises in working with commercial insurance brokers and insurance companies to help business road users get back on the road following road traffic collisions.
Due to expansion, we are looking for additional people to join our team, with the successful candidates receiving full training and getting the opportunity to flourish within a vibrant and ambitious business.
Main responsibilities include:
* Acting as first line of support to our clients following road traffic incidents
* Speaking to customers and their representatives
* Arranging temporary replacement vehicles through our supply chain
* Arranging and monitoring vehicle damage repairs via our network of vehicle repairers
Successful candidates will:
* Have good customer service skills
* Be strong communicators
* Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Experience within a previous administration and/or insurance claim handling role would be advantageous, but not essential.
The successful candidate will receive 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Salary: £18000 – £23000/annum + bonus scheme after 3 months
