The Company:
Our client is a well–established, family owned business, specialising in chemical distribution
Main Duties:
To be in charge of the day to day customer service and order procesing duties and to ensure a high standard of customer support (B2B)
The Role:
– Handling customer enquiries
– Processing orders and ensuring on-time delivery
– Liaising with other departments regarding product Availability / Quality / Shipment
– Maintaining Client records on the system
– Producing reports on delivery performance, inventory and production plans
– Reporting to the Customer Service Manager
The Candidate:
– Fluent in German (Written & spoken)
– Previous experience in Customer Services is desirable
– Knowledge of SAP, Prospect Soft or Exchequer would be an advantage
– Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
– Excellent communication skills
– Good understanding of numerical data
– Strong attention to details
– Confident in solving problems when required
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
