Job Description

We’re recruiting for an Administrator to join a successful, expanding company based in central St Albans.
Our client, a financial management specialist with a great reputation built over many years, are looking for a highly organised and personable candidate to join a growing team.
You will be working within a compliant driven environment, handling a multi-tasking admin role, coupled with communication with mortgage companies, and advisors.
The successful candidate will be provided with full intensive training and instruction.

* Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Key responsibilities:
* Checking mortgage cases and protection product requests are compliant
* Liaising with providers on new business submissions, to ensure follow through and implementation of new cases
* Inputting of information to providers’ IT platforms for any new business
* Recording information on the CRM database, making notes and scanning documents
* Arranging mandatory supporting documents needed for both advice process types and standard of completion
* Working on 360 Office for the navigation, reading of case notes, and document storage
* Arranging all requirements for ID / deposits etc
* Use of internal checklists for identifying missing mandatory supporting docs
What the employer is looking for:
* 1-2 years’ administration experience, ideally within financial services or with a genuine interest to get into the industry (but not essential)
* Educated to A Level or degree level – preferable
* Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Confident IT skills and accurate typing
* Problem solving ability
* Methodical mind
* Ability to work unsupervised but achieve targets of volume checked
* Strong communicator, both written and verbal
* Polite, professional telephone manner
* Analytical mind – i.e. can pick up when things aren’t as they should be and have the confidence to voice them
