JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Customer Service Agent.
The Opportunity:
This is an exciting international company and are seeking a candidate with excellent accuracy and attention to detail to fulfil the position within the Customer Services Team on a temporary basis. HOURS: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week – rotating shift pattern 7am – 4 pm, 7.30am – 4.30pm, 8am – 5pm. SALARY: £21,257

Role profile:
* Order entry /processing
* Dealing with customers via telephone
* Provide customers with relevant information and updates
* Act as first point of contact for all new customer enquires
* Work closely and liaise with other departments

* Motivated and focused on the job at hand
* Professional and able to build strong relationships
* A logical approach to problem solving
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Ability to multi task and prioritise workload effectively
* Excellent customer service skills
* A can-do attitude
