Job Description
Qualified Part 3 registered Architect wanted for award winning AJ 100 listed Architecture practice.
The practice has varied portfolio of projects including residential, hospitality and commercial office projects.
The practice is design lead and is very sociable with excellent attitude to working environment. The practice offers diverse range of services including Architecture, Interior Design and Urban Design.
This role is for Architect with minimum 2-3 years Post P3 experience on medium to large scale UK projects.
The role:
* Part 3 qualified RIBA or ARB registered Architect
* 1-3 years Part 3 qualified
* hospitality / hotel projects would be ideal
* experience in stage 4 demonstrated in portfolio
* Revit is a must have
* sketchUP and Adobe Creative Suite
* relevant UK based sector experience
* excellent verbal and written communication skills
* friendly personality with team player attitude
* Familiar with UK Building regulations and planning applications
* Team player who can collaborate together with team members
