Have you worked in mortgage or equity release advice and are CeMAP qualified and looking for a change? If so, this Advisor Trainer role could be the career for you.
We are looking for someone to join our successful Learning and Development team, out in the field and via remote learning platforms, delivering training to newly appointed and existing equity release advisers.
The role will be responsible for designing and delivering a variety of learning interventions with the purposes of training out how to use Key's systems and processes for providing equity release advice. This will involve:
Supporting new recruits to become competent advisers
Carrying out observations and file checks
Designing training material and programmesNaturally, you'll need to keep on top of changes to market, regulation, and system improvements.
This Advisor Trainer role will be Head Office based.

Essential Skills
Coaching and mentoring to identify learning and development needs and improve performance
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to document processes, create training guides and design engaging presentations
CeMAP qualification
Understanding of equity release and later life products
Experience of mortgage networks
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills able to adapt style and content to the needs of the audience and comfortable interacting at all levels.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise a busy workload and multitask effectively to meet tight deadlines.

Experience in working in a regulated environment preferably financial services.
Self-motivated team worker demonstrates confidence, resilience, and flexibility.
