Why Do you Want to Work Here?
Whatever the reason you need to explain this carefully to the person or people interviewing you. Whilst explaining why you want the job you also need to sell yourself on how you are the best person for the job.

You can explain that you chose to apply for this position because you feel that it closely matched your skill set in X, Y and Z ways and that in the first instance that is why you applied. You were also very interested in the company and together you would really enjoy working somewhere with a good reputation and doing a job that you know you would love and enjoy and be successful at.
It would sound like you have done your research if you answered this question such as” Based on the research that I have done.....” this shows that you have done your research but also thought about the role means and how your skills and experience could fit it.
Think beforehand about what your skills and experience could bring to this role and ensure that once you have your mental list that you add this into why you would like that job.
There isn’t a right or wrong answer here this question is purely asked to find out what you know about the company and the role and why you would like to work in that role for them, this question is about selling yourself and this is the perfect opportunity to shine.
Remember this is still your time to show your interviewer why they should take a chance on interviewing you and why you are the best for the job.
An example answer could be:
From my current work experience and research, I saw that my skills translate well for your company and I am positive it is the right direction for me. Being a ... would be a good way for me to go into this business and I would be extremely excited to start my career with you, as you are a recognised leader in this industry.
