If you have been given an interview for an Account Sales Executive then you will have previous proven track record of selling and managing accounts. You will need to be a confident communicator who is not afraid of making numerous sales calls each day even if the majority of these calls are to clients who are familiar with you and people you have a good relationship with.

As an Account Sales Executive you will normally have helped people coming into a company with their training and shown them the processes and procedures that they should be following. You will need excellent interpersonal skills and be able to relate to a number of different people.
