As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for doing all the admin surrounding houses for sale, for rent etc. You will need strong administration skills and be exceptionally organised to do this role. You will also need a confident nature to deal with customers, suppliers, tradesmen for dealing with any repairs to rental properties.

If you have been called for an interview then you need to first of all research the estate agent that you will be hoping to work for, their local surroundings and find out exactly where they are and how you will get there every day. These are important things that employers will want to know to ensure that you will be on time every day.

In this role, your interviewer will be looking for someone who can multi task and who is an excellent communicator as you will need to speak to various people daily from customers, tenants to work men to arrange any repairs or fault on rental properties. It is a very varied role but one that could lead further with hard work and persistence.
